Hello Carl,

When you delete a message and soft deletes are enabled the document remains in the database for some time. The document is still accessible, can be seen in the trash, and can even be undeleted.

So what I would like to do is to create a view that displays all documents in the database including those that are soft deleted. This view is easy to do and I am done with this part. What I would like to do also is to include a column that shows if the document is deleted or not.

To take this one step further if the document is in a folder I would like to list that also. So maybe instead of a column titled deleted I can call it location. Now if the document is deleted the column shows Trash, if document is in folder Backup it shows Backup, etc.

The final view should tell me the NoteID and where the document is located.
